MADE TO ORDER / PRE-ORDER items  typically take 7-9 WORKING DAYS to process. Upon shipment, transit takes 2-5 days depending on our local carrier and destination. Sadly, we are not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages. Please contact the courier directly to inquire where your package may be - sometimes it's held at the branch nearest you for you to pick up.

Please choose carefully your size and print as they are limited editions and the products are usually for made to order. We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. For size exchange, you may go to one of our stockist branch (Trinoma or Glorietta) to have it exchanged in other size as long as it is available on=-hand.
